With regards to social media I recommend three different types of post:

Rapport building.

40% of posts.These should be personal messages from you and your team talking about things you like to do, places you have been, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, celebrations, notes from patients, thank you notes from patients, flowers bought etc. This type of social engagement post let people see you are a friendly and approachable practice with things in common. The software will NOT post anything like this and I recommend you should be doing this type of update.


Activity links.

40% of posts.This should be things for people to click on and do. Typically they will be links to dental health sites demonstrating that we care about the health of the nation. The software will make this type of update, no action is required by you.


Resource ties.

20% of posts.These should be posts which tie resources from the patient to yourselves, this is classically asking patients to come in for consultations and book appointments. The software will make this type of update, no action is required by you.
