How do I know these people?

I am a member of BNI, The Business Referral Organisation (TM) - 'Business First' Chapter, we meet every week at 0630 (while all our competitors are still in bed) for a great breakfast, friendship and to help each other out in business by passing referrals.

We don't take any commission for referrals, but work on the principle of "Givers Gain", so the more business I pass to my friends, the more they will want to pass to me. Simple.
